DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery fees:

+ District 5 of Hồ Chí Minh City: Free shipping.

+ Other districts of Ho Chi Minh City:

  • Invoices for 1,000,000 VND or more: Free shipping.

  • Invoices under VND 1,000,000: The shipping fee is calculated based on the price on the Grab app.

Delivery procedure:

+ Cat Tuong restaurant will deliver your order within 2-4 hours from the time you place it. However, there are still delays due to objective reasons. We hope you can understand that this is due to circumstances beyond control of Cat Tuong Restaurant.

+ Prior to delivery, the delivery’s staff will call you first to confirm that you can pick up your goods at the delivery location. In case of failure to contact, according to the procedure, the restaurant's staff will contact you up to two times, each time 15 minutes apart. On the 3rd time, if the delivery staff is still unable to contact you, the restaurant would like to cancel your order.
